OrbitX started because field teams were stuck between whiteboards, WhatsApp, and tools built for desks, not vans.
We started OrbitX in 2019 after spending years watching field teams juggle three whiteboards, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet from 2011. The tools were built for offices, not vans. So we built one for vans and made it powerful enough for offices too.
Today, OrbitX runs 1M+ jobs a year across 34 countries. But our favourite metric is still the one we started with: a technician finishes their day 42 minutes earlier.
