Pricing FAQ
How does country pricing work?+
Choose your country on the pricing page. OrbitX shows the price in your local currency and includes VAT or GST where it applies (or notes when sales tax is added at checkout). What you see is what you pay per active technician.
Are taxes included?+
For VAT and GST countries, the card price already includes local tax. In the United States and a few other markets, local sales tax may be added on the invoice where the law requires it.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. You get 14 days with all features and no credit card. We help you set up your first workspace during the trial.
Do you charge per technician or per user?+
Per active technician. Office staff, dispatchers, and admins are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated right away. Downgrades start on the next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?+
OrbitX is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 aligned. We host on encrypted infrastructure with daily backups.
